Valle de Pucará - Salta IG
The resolution says only that the area is made up of terroirs with distinctive qualities for quality wine. It gives no altitude, soils or climate, and the boundary is a map with coordinates.
There's a second story in the press. Raúl Dávalos and Paula Marra, who make the Valle Arriba wines from Tacuil, say a Swiss friend planted the large Pucará estate first and that they were the first to make fine wine there. They aren't named as the applicant, so I wouldn't assume the two are linked.
There isn't enough published detail yet to say much about the style.
