For wineries and importers

Send me a bottle.

I review Argentine wine, any grape and any province, and write each one up with a score out of 100. Every review is published here and on International Wine Report. American buyers know Mendoza Malbec. Far fewer have read anything about a Bonarda from the East or a Pinot Noir from Río Negro, and my page for your wine may be the first thing they find.

Which wines to send

Whatever you're proudest of, or whatever you think deserves more attention than it gets. There's no limit: send as many different wines as you like, and I'll review every one.

Here's what you get for every wine you send

The rules

Samples are welcome and every review says when the bottle was a sample. Scores are mine. There's no way to pay for a review or a score, and I'll say so on every page.

Getting a bottle to me

Send two bottles of each wine. One gets opened and scored, and the second covers a corked or heat-damaged bottle so a bad bottle doesn't cost you the review.

You can ship them straight to my address in Washington State, and your US importer sending them works just as well. Fill out the form, tell me which route you'll use, and I'll reply with the address.

Optional. Search the IGs and DOCs, or leave it blank if the label names only the province.

Two bottles of each wine please, one to taste and one as a backup against a corked or heat-damaged bottle. Ship them straight to my address in Washington State, or have your US importer send them. Tell me which.

I read every one and reply within a week.
