The 2022 Corazon del Sol Semillon from the Uco Valley comes from mature vines rooted in the El Zampal village and is aged for six months in French oak, giving it a burnished amber hue with a light apple rim. Aromas lean subtle yet intriguing, hinting at poached pear, chamomile, and clove-dusted apple. The palate unfolds with ripe yellow peach, warm nutmeg, and a slight herbal edge, all wrapped in a firm, textured frame.
